Treating clients with dignity and respect.  Working hard for the underdog.  Facing off against powerful prosecutors and enforcing civil rights.  Being fair and honest about the realities of the criminal justice system.  Managing the stress of high stake outcomes with real life impact.  These are the burdens of the criminal defense lawyer and these are the issues I want to spotlight. The work we do is important, but difficult.
