We recognize the difficulty in solo practice for attorneys, investigators, social workers and non-profit organizations and provide solutions that let our tenants feel supported and focused on their work.

At Mariposa, tenants enjoy executive offices with access to receptionist services, a client waiting room, an eight chair conference room, a four person sunroom meeting space, a full kitchen, quiet relaxation nook, an upstairs lounge, incoming and outgoing mail handling, a large back patio. The fridge is stocked with drinks and water, and there's always a fresh pot of coffee on. Parking is easy and plentiful, and we are located just off 6th Avenue, convenient from the I-25 freeway, and Broadway.
