Office Manger Position-FILLED

  • Part time: 20-25 hours

  • $18/hour

  • Flexible, but consistent hours (during normal business hours, of course!)

Position Description

The person for this role is a great communicator and some good with time and project management.  They will also understand that the most important aspect of the job is providing an experience for all who enter the building that leaves them feeling better for having been in this space.  There’s a great amount of ownership and learning potential.  You will work closely with me, the owner of the property, to maintain and grow the business.

Receptionist and Office Manger Duties 

  • Answering phones  

  • Dealing with sensitive material 

  • Interfacing with clients  

  • Office management (cleaning, making coffee, sorting mail, maintaining inventory of supplies)  

  • Event planning and hosting  

  • Community engagement  

  • IT troubleshooting  

  • Maintaining and expanding social media presence  

  • Be or become a Notary Public

Required Skills

  • MS Office  

  • Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Calendar)  

  • Social Media (Facebook/LinkedIn)  

  • Website Maintenance

  • Dropbox  

  • Multi Line phones
